How to use this tool

• Set its factors:
  • Impact (I): how big is the positive effect? (0-5)
  • Urgency (U): how soon must it be done? (0-5)
  • Effort (E): how much work is required? (0-5, higher = more work)
• Priority score = (I × U) ÷ (E + 1). Higher is better.

  • Low-effort + High-impact: do these first (quick wins).
  • Low-effort + Low-impact: fit these in when time is available.
  • High-effort + High-impact: plan & resource these carefully.
